| The Friends is governed by an enthusiastic and dedicated Board of Trustees whose purpose is securing and administering private funds that support the mission of the Westchester County Department of Parks, Recreation and Conservation. Funds that are raised through membership fees, cash or other donations are entrusted to the Friends for the sole benefit of Westchester’s parks. All donations are tax deductible. | |
