TREE TRUST AND MEMORIAL BENCH FUND The Giving Tree
By making a donation to the fund, you are not only supporting the Friends, but you are taking an active role in preserving and protecting Westchester's forests, parks and trails,*enhancing public gardens and providing horticultural programs that are offered in county parks. Donations to this fund are specifically ear-marked for the purchase and maintenance of trees and benches in all county parklands. The fund also provides a perpetual endowment for the benefit of the county's forestry program. Contributors choose where their dollars go by selecting one or more gift categories. Plus, your contribution automatically enrolls you as a Friend or Westchester County Parks. Maintenance

donation of $25 or more will be placed in a fund established solely for
the
maintenance of our trees and forests. Your donation will help pay for
fertilization, pruning. equipment and training. Adopt-A-Tree

here For a donation of $1000, a tree will be planted in a park of your choice with a memorial plaque± placed alongside.

Benches
Donations of any of the categories above make unique gifts for birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, religious occasions or memorials. We will send the recipient a certificate signifying the type of gift, along with an explanation of how the gift will be put to use. ±
