Executive Andy Spano presented Certificates of Appreciation to 56
county parks employees for their part in the completion of the
Circle of Remembrance portion of The Rising Westchester County
September 11th Memorial. Spano thanked them for their unwavering
commitment to the preservation of the County parks system and for
their hard work and dedication to the 9/11 Memorial project. |
