Friends of Parks President Judy Matson and County Executive Andy Spano at
Kensico Dam Plaza in Valhalla to launch an aggressive fundraising effort
that includes the establishment of a Tree Trust and Future Forests Fund
and a major enhancement and preservation program. The Friends has set a
goal to raise $1 million over the next 12 months through Pennies for Parks
and other fundraising initiatives. To find our more about how to support Pennies for Parks or how you can become a Friend of County Parks, call (914)864-7048.
